Adventures in Zucchini Bread

Last night I used a wonderful Zucchini Bread Recipe from 101cookbooks.com. I'd never had zucchini bread before, let alone made any... but seeing how much I love pumpkin bread, I figured that this would also be up my alley. I am happy to report that it's excellent!

I did not include any of the optional ingredients such as crystallized ginger, poppy seeds, lemon zest or curry powder.
